Chengdu Jinchun Metallic Materials Co., Ltd. starts from a metal powder manufacturer in 2012, with the production headquarter in Chengdu city that is located in the Southwest of China, specializes in the R&D and production of ferroalloy powders, non-ferrous powders, rare earth materials, and other metal related materials. With the ability to produce and integrate resources independently, we are committed to providing customers with a one-stop metal powder and metal products demands.

 

We are equipped with atomization equipment, Plasma spheroidization, Crushing, Ball Milling, Magnetic separation,Iron removal, Airflow grinding, Prealloy metal, Reduction etc., and have acquired 6 equipment patents till 2024, offer a complete line of powder materials for different industries application, such as Welding Consumables (Flux-core wire, wear plate, electrode rods etc.), Spray Coating (FS, HVOF, APS), Hard Facing (PTA, laser cladding, TIG, etc.), Powder Metallurgy (PM, MIM), Conductive Materials (EMI, EMC, etc.), , 3D Printing（Additive manufacturing), Battery Cathode and Ceramic, Diamond tools and other industrial applications. With changes in international market demand, continuous updates of domestic environmental policies, and maximum cost reduction, we have laid out part of our production lines for products that rely on imported raw materials in the eastern port cities of China, in the meantime, to reduce the export transportation costs.Especially, for Ferro chrome high carbon/ low carbon powder,Ferro tungsten powder, Ferro vanadium powder, Ferro titanium powder, Ferro Molybdenum powder and other Ferro alloy powders.

In 2019, we have established a brother company, Sichuan Xin Jinchun Metallic Materials Co., Ltd., due to the advantages of domestic policies. Therefore, the production volume of chromium powder, chromium carbide powder, silicon powder, nickel powder, cobalt powder and other nonferrous metal powders greatly improved, along with cost reduction.

In the process of development, we owned 2 trademarks, and  are widely used in our exporting products. At the same time, we can also provide OEM and ODM services.
