3. Product Description
1.The raw material for flaky carbonyl iron powder is spherical carbonyl iron powder. Carbonyl iron powder itself has the characteristics of high saturation magnetic induction intensity, strong stability, and good dispersibility with other absorbing matrices. It is currently widely used as a magnetic medium type microwave absorber. Flaky carbonyl iron powder has high saturation.
2. The magnetization strength and certain in-plane anisotropy can break through the Snoek limit of spherical carbonyl iron powder, enhance high-frequency magnetic properties, and thus enhance the microwave absorption performance of the material within a certain range.
3. The absorbing coating formed by sheet-like iron powder has a wide absorption frequency bandwidth and thin thickness, which can be used to prepare cone angle absorbing materials and thin sheet absorbing materials. It is also a suitable stealth coating material for aircraft, missiles, and ships.
