Product Character
We use a special formula and diffusion process, with small copper particles evenly dispersed on the surface of iron powder particles. The powder has a developed specific surface area and forms partial alloying at the interface junction. It has both the characteristics of uniform copper coated iron powder and the alloying characteristics of atomized copper iron alloy powder. Compared with copper-clad iron powder, it has a certain degree of alloying and there are no acid groups present; Compared with atomized copper iron alloy powder, copper element is dispersed on the surface of iron powder, resulting in a larger specific surface area. This product has high sintering reaction activity, and a certain degree of pre alloying makes its sintering performance stable. The powder sintered body has high strength and hardness, outstanding toughness characteristics, and good mechanical properties, which reduces the production process cost, simplifies the process, and can be used as the main material of the tire body.The delicate structure ensures the diamond’s grip. And the composition has no segregation, good formability, excellent cold pressing formability, and is easy to automatically press and form. Our factory currently has three grades of conventional products: FeCu18, FeCu25, and FeCu30. Copper content and powder particle size can also be adjusted according to customer customization needs.
